30.000 BHD
Product Description
Banks, in their credit portfolio, have problematic accounts that are either on the verge of becoming non-performing or are already non-performing. Remedial Management is becoming significant as most banks now have specialized units to handle these types of accounts.
The course examines different methods of handling problem accounts and develop action plans to recover as much of the exposure and reduce the bank’s credit losses. The course explores the different recovery strategies and the pros and cons associated with each strategy.
Remedial Management requires special sets of skills in terms of negotiating and structuring of the exposures to ensure the bank recovers and, even better, exit with full recovery of the exposures
